I have just completed my first three days of practice. Those three days being the longest I've ever experienced. Normally if we were in the middle of the season i would think those sets we very easy but I'm so out of shape that the hurt. But i know what I have to do to get better and reach my goals. We have a three hour practice on Saturday and Mark told us to bring running shoes and dry-land clothes so we are either doing a biathlon or just a long dry-land. Also my Coaches wife is pregnant and due anytime now.
